PLANNING & DESIGN SERVICES
Planning & Design (P&D) Fees (Non-refundable):
Start at $100 Domestic/$150 International*
*Cover the Initial Consultation, Customized Research, and Creation of a Personalized Itinerary
Our P&D fees cover expert itinerary design for up to two travelers visiting a single destination. To account for the increased complexity of coordination, an additional $25 applies per person for groups of 3+, and $25 Domestic/$50 International is added for each additional city or stopover included in the route.

Non-Refundable: All P&D fees are charged upfront and are 100% non-refundable, regardless of whether the trip is taken.

Expiration: P&D fees cover research for up to 30 days from the initial consultation. If a client pauses planning for months, a new fee may apply.

Scope of Work: The starting P&D fee includes up to three design proposal revisions and Booking and Trip Monitoring & Management services.

Change & Cancellation Fees: If the client decides to change or cancel a trip OR if a trip is disrupted, a $50-$100 fee may be applied to change or cancel bookings.

Project Management & Booking (PMB) Fees (Non-refundable):
Start at $50 Domestic/$100 International*
*Cover the Initial Consultation, Itinerary Audit (if applicable), most Booking Services (ex. hotel, flight, tours, rental cars, standard cruises, etc.)
Our PMB fees cover booking and/or project management services for travelers who already have itineraries or seeking transaction-based cruise or hotel bookings. They are tailored for solo travelers or couples focusing on a single-city immersion. Because multi-city logistics and larger party sizes require expanded coordination of transfers, room blocks, and group dining, fees may scale based on the total number of guests and/or the geographic scope of your journey.

WHY PAY A SERVICE FEE?
Many suppliers (especially budget airlines and non-chain hotels) have eliminated or slashed commissions. A planning fee ensures that we work for you, not the hotel or supplier. It allows us to recommend the boutique "hidden gem" that doesn't pay commissions rather than the big chain that does. Plus, it covers "trip monitoring"—if your flight is canceled at 2 AM, the fee pays for the service of sitting on hold with the airline so you don't have to.
